The Ayurveda Lab ™- Kojic Acid

Rice water and mushrooms are classified differently in Ayurveda due to their natural qualities and impact on the doshas. Rice water, also known as Tandulodaka or Tandula-Kanji in traditional medicine, is a highly appreciated treatment that is especially excellent in balancing the Pitta and Vata doshas. Shiitake mushrooms are high in antioxidants, including vitamins such as selenium and copper, which help protect the skin from free radicals. This can help with anti-aging advantages, according to Ayurvedic principles.
