Science Baced Benefits
Findings: In this study, researchers applied fatty acids such as palmitic acid, oleic acid, and lactate to a person who had hair loss. Palmitic and oleic acids increased hair development, whereas lactate slowed it. Palmitic acid induced inflammation, whereas oleic acid did not. These data indicate that oleic acid may enhance hair development through metabolic control without generating detrimental inflammation.
