Science Backed Benefits
Findings: Researchers investigated the effect of tocotrienols (a kind of vitamin E) on persons suffering from hair loss. 21 subjects took 100 mg of tocotrienols per day, while 17 took a placebo. After eight months, the tocotrienols group had a 34.5% rise in hair count, while the placebo group had essentially no change.
