Science Backed Benefits

Findings: In a study, 70 people with dandruff were split into two groups. Group A, consisting of 35 people, used Shikakai Hair Wash (10g powder in 240 mL hot water) every other day for 28 days. Group B (35 participants) used a placebo using the same procedure. Group A experienced reduced itching, dandruff, and dryness with no side effects.
